Something not right, or something lovely to tell us? We'd love to hear from you.
Where are the grown-ups' settings?
On the club's front door, tap the folded newspaper on the floor by the doormat (it says Grown-ups only). Answer the times-table question and the grown-ups corner opens, with this page, the privacy policy and Start again.
How do we start again?
In the grown-ups corner, tap Start again and confirm. This forgets everything, cats and all, on this device and in iCloud, and can't be undone. The club membership stays. It's handy when a new child is taking over the device.
Will our cat come to a new iPhone or iPad?
Yes, if it is signed in to the same iCloud. The game keeps a copy of each device's house in your own iCloud. On a new device, or after the app has been deleted, the house comes back by itself the first time the game opens. If your children's devices share one Apple Account, each device keeps its own house, and a brand-new device starts with the house played most recently; tap Start again to give it a fresh one.
We bought the club. How do we get it on another device?
The club belongs to your Apple Account, and to your Family Sharing group. On another iPhone or iPad signed in to the App Store with the same account, it usually arrives by itself. If it doesn't, open the grown-ups corner and tap Restore purchase.
Can small hands swipe out of the game on iPad?
Yes, iPads let four or five fingers pinch or swipe out of any app. To stop that, turn off the four- and five-finger gestures in Settings, under Multitasking & Gestures, or use Guided Access.
